Questions were answered quickly. It did take a few days to assign a driver but once I inquired, the agent (Gabe) answered quickly and said he would have dispatch manually look for a carrier. A carrier was assigned the same day.
My vehicle was picked up the next evening (a Tuesday) and then delivered the next evening (Wed). This was super fast. The only complaint I have is that the driver texted me about 2 hours before he was about to arrive and it was too late for me to go to the bank. Better communication would have made this easier because I then I had to stand outside with the driver and try to figure out Zelle and he didn't speak any English. We did get it figured out and this really wasn't Ship a Car Direct's fault.
