I needed to ship my car from New Hampshire to Idaho. The contact at Ship-A-Car-Direct was helpful and reassuring about my dates for pick up and delivery. Vladimir, the actual carrier, picked my car up on the scheduled day. Because of mechanical trouble, he was a day late in delivery, but communicated to me in advance that he would be late. He arrived exactly when he said he would. It was still only seven days to transport my car across country. Ship-A-Car-Direct stayed in touch with me throughout the process via email. The original estimated price went up $200 because of my out-of-the-way location and required pick up date, but I was given the option to accept the increase or go with another carrier.
