Overall Pleased, Communication Could Improve

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I got my car on the dates I wanted, and no issues with weight, my driver, or delivery. I will say, there were a couple of times where I felt like the communication lacked when it shouldn't have. For example, I was contacted by my agent Scott to confirm that someone would be to pick up my car, but then I never received contact information or heard from anyone on the day my car was scheduled to be picked up. I had to contact my agent FIRST, before I was told that the originally scheduled driver had to cancel due to truck issues. I understand things happen, but this did make me a little wary and frustrated, because I felt like with things changing so quick in a matter of moments and all the money you pay to ship you car, someone should of communicated with me that things had changed ASAP instead of me reaching out. In the end though, it all worked out and Scott found a new driver within a couple of days and had a great experience! He also was great at answering quickly to calls or emails. I would most likely book with them again, as they had the BEST rates I could find and besides a little lack of communication, my experience was great!
