Good response - Driver very professional

It is understandable as first time shippers, was nervous about 6 month car (purchased brand new) was to be transported. This company had good reviews. The pick up was delayed a little, but well co-ordinated by the driver - he was professional ensure we had take the "before" pictures. The due date quoted was Tuesday, but the driver said he might be able to deliver by Monday. It so happened that he could only deliver on Tuesday - my daughter got nervous, but I had met the driver Vasyl - was confident that all was ok. He reached out to my daughter , they picked a common spot convenient for both and he delivered. She mentioned he was very cordial and professional. She is pleased, barring a little dirty car - well it travelled cross country , what do you expect - it was in good shape. And here we are the QC department following up to see if all went well. I will use Ship a Car Direct again and SDM transport - so far we have Vasyl driving. Good work and thanks for delivering the car intact.
