I would have given this 5 stars except for the timing, which could have been because of the pandemic - so maybe not fair. I had to wait for a long time for someone to commit to picking my car up so I was nervous about whether or not it was going to happen. Once I had a carrier they did arrive as expected and took a lot of pictures. My car actually arrived early in CA - although I had to receive it at 10:30 pm - in the dark, which is not ideal. Again, could have been pandemic / timing related. Overall my car is fine, the service was fast and the cost was reasonable.
