I needed my car to be towed from Riverside, California to Pueblo, Colorado as soon as possible. From the first conversation I had with the people at ‘Ship A Car Direct’, to the point of delivery I had an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional and efficient which was a tremendous relief! I shopped 10 different companies and discovered that some of these companies would have you pay in advance and then never show up to do the job they were paid to do. This worried and frightened me until I spoke to the employees and found out that you pay them upon the delivery of the car. That made me feel very comfortable. All of the employees were excellent and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way. If I ever need to have a vehicle towed again, I will definitely use them again as they communicate with you and do a terrific job at a reasonable price! Sharon N.
