Jennifer at Shipacardirect was very easy to work with and answered my many questions. There were emails sent to me during the process to give me the phone numbers and other information that was pertinent to the job. Their damage app would be a useful tool, but I was not able to use it in my situation. Once I placed my order, the carrier was assigned to pickup the car the same day. Because of a delay, the car was picked up the next day. . This was inconvenient because we waited for the designated time, then it was delayed a few hours, then changed to a next day pickup. I guess you can’t always count on the estimated time pickup, so you have to be flexible. The car arrived at our designated meeting location about 3 hours later than first estimated, but it was snowing, and we were updated by phone, so we had no problem with that delay. I was happy with my experience with Shipacardirect. Their customer service staff (Jennifer) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The company appears to be well organized and their email communication for relevant shipping information and follow up was helpful. I would use Shipacardirect again.
