The broker was very communicative and everything that was under his direct control was done with courtesy, promptness, and honesty. The carrier that was assigned to us was not as communicative, and then also delivered a few days later than even the latest day in our original window. Granted, the driver had to go through snow storms over the holidays. But I did not wish that for the carrier. I had specified flexibility in our schedule and even inquired about delivery after the holidays, but they preferred the holidays. The driver himself was quite rude, and seemed annoyed that I was checking the car carefully upon delivery. The car was very messy, the tires showed that it clearly had been driven in a storm. But car was in same condition otherwise upon delivery.
