Ship a Car Direct kept in great communication from the initial request to ship until a carrier was booked. At that time, the carrier I hired did a great job of communicating as well. The car was shipped from Tennessee to California in less than 3 days without incident or damage. After the car arrived in California, Ship a Car Direct checked with me to see if all went well. Great experience.
