Car arrived fine in Chicago. Transport company Greenlight was helpful and communicative. Shipacardirect app for noting any preshipment and postshipment damages does not work. They say they are working on it. Just a note -- due to weather conditions the car was very dirty after shipment -- this was to be expected. However we could not see thru the dirt to detect any damages. I suggest you note this when retrieving your car, then get a car wash immediately and report any damages. Our car was in fine shape but we could not verify this until we got a car wash. Shipacardirect is very communicative when trying to get your business, however after the order is placed they take awhile to respond to customers. Overall positive experience.
