Great communication and customer service. Everything specified in detail. I called often since this was my first time to transport car and they were very accommodating and friendly and answered my questions. The driver was very friendly and professional and you could tell was very experienced and cared about transporting the cars. Car arrived within time frame given and in perfect condition. I researched this company and was very highly rated and had app to take before / after pictures of car and notified of all customer service #s needed. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and know your car will arrive on time and in great condition. Thanks Pete for getting my car to me.
