I sent a car from DC to Cali with this company, very straightforward process, and slightly less pricey than other quotes I got. I would have given 5 stars except the pickup date was moved forward unexpectedly and wasn't very close: I had been told to be ready for a Friday pickup then got a call Thu morning asking for the car to be ready that evening, about 15 miles away. Apparently the transport can't maneuver on DC streets. Drop off in Cali was to on the same block. Communication was very effective and the driver very efficient
