Great job of coordination and communication

This is clearly not an exact science because they have to coordinate with drivers and companies and they do not know who is going to be where when. These guys did a great job of keeping me informed and letting me know what to expect. They also have an app that allows you to take before and after pics of your vehicle in the event there is damage. I am a project manager so I like everything planned out to the minute but this is not how this process works, however, Stefan was great at putting up with my calls and questions and explaining that they work within your shipment window and they found someone who called me right away and made arrangements to pick up the car and it was delivered sooner than expected. I shipped from Columbia, SC to Parker, CO and it was picked up on Tuesday and I had the car by Saturday morning. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship their car across the country.
