I was super overwhelmed with all the calls I got when trying to find a transporter. Luckily, after looking at reviews, I contacted Ship A Car Direct. John was helpful and answered my questions about the process without being pushy. Although the quote was slightly higher than some of the others I received, I trusted them based on their customer service and reviews. My car arrived two days faster than expected. The driver was efficient and professional. I was contacted a few times during the transportation both by the driver and Ship A Car Direct representatives. I was very nervous about this process, but felt I made the right choice with direct ship a car.
