Ship a Car Direct agent was courteous and responsive. However, actual trucker that they contracted with was over an hour late on pickup date, impacting other plans. He also changed delivery locations at the last minute without prior notice, requiring a family member to travel halfway across Brooklyn to actually get the vehicle.
