It was great experience, though it took some time to let me know exactly when the car will be picked up but other than that it was really good. Only other suggestion is reduce the number of automated emails that keeps coming. Also it was good to see that they send email to inform us to take pictures while being shipped & after receiving - this is to make sure no issues with the transportation.
