The overall experience using Ship A Car Direct was excellent. Our family was relocating to Irvine from Chicago. Needed to transport 2 vehicles. Did alot of online research and came across this company. From the moment the service representative answered all my questions to giving me the quote, he was very friendly and straightforward explaining to me how the vehicle freight market works. After comparing prices and company reputations, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. Once confirmed, Jennifer was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process. She kept in contact with me constantly. When I had to reschedule the delivery date, she helped me through it every step of the way. The carrier met me at the agreed location. From pick up to drop off, everything went smoothly and I got my vehicles 1 day ahead of schedule with no damage. Will definitely use this company again if I ever need to move long distance again.
