The shipper arrived on time to pick up my car and was super friendly and very clear with his communication the entire trip. I was shipping my car to my grandmother in Indiana. I told the driver that he may get caught in a conversation with her because she loves visitors. He moved his cars around to make sure that mine would be the last one before he headed home to Ohio so he could chat with her a little bit. Funny enough the car arrived on my grandmother's birthday. Once the driver found that out he paid for her to go out later that night and have a birthday dinner on him! So not only did my car arrive safely and on time, it made my grandmas day!
