Horrible experience

I would not recommend this company. The price was increased 2 days prior to scheduled shipment by $200. I had a 2 day pickup window that I was repeatedly assured would most likely be met. Only 2 days prior to the shipment, the agent David sent me a message that shipment will have to be postponed 2 days later. The shipment was again postponed to 3 days later without anyone contacting me. With all the changes being last minute I had no choice but to stay with the company. Driver that brought my car to California was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a drop off one hour later and he yelled at me over the phone for 5 minutes and hung up. I spent so much money for such a poor service. Very disappointing.
