Overall, we had a great experience! Our car made it from MS to CA with no damage and was on-time.
The only little hiccup was our shipper canceled a few days prior to our pickup window, so we had to increase the price of our offer to get someone to pick it up. Ship-a-Car Direct couldn't have done anything about it, we just ended up at the very top of the price range to ship the car.
However, they were extremely responsive, found us a company, and got our car to CA. Can't really ask for much more than that!
