Scott at Ship-A-Car-Direct was helpful and responsive throughout the process. The car was picked up on time, and delivered on time. Generally, it was a smooth experience. My only criticism is that the communication could have been better just before pickup. We were not given our final pricing or confirmation of a pickup time until the day before our pickup date. We were informed it would be over $100 more to ship than quoted. Ship a car direct was clear that the quote might change, but by the time we were given the final price it was too late to look at other options.
