We absolutely loved our Ship A Car Direct experience. We drove across country for a move and had car troubles 3/4 of the way through the trip. We rented a car, and decided to have the car shipped to our final destination. We had already been dealing with so many of the parts of moving and Ship A Car Direct WAS SO SIMPLE and laid everything out so well. We LOVED the FAQ videos. We had no prior experience shipping a car so watching the videos answered all of our questions. Then an employee named David set up finding the carrier and was wonderful about keeping us up-to-date! The entire process was so easy and our car came a few days later! We were so grateful for the experience all the way from start to finish!
