I never shipped a car before and did not fully understand the process and certainly did not know who to trust when my phone and emails rang and pinged me immediately after submitting a request online for a quote. After a couple of days, I looked up reputable shipping companies and found ship-a-car direct and immediately felt at ease as their representative, Jennifer, guided me along the process. Everything went as discussed and without incident. I appreciate their help and would definitely use them again without hesitation.
