I used the ship car direct when searching on google. They gave the quote pretty quick and promptly responsed me with all answers
The time the car got shipped, i have a confirmation email from ship car direct to confirm about price, pickup time, driver name, shipping company... so i feel pretty secure what was going on and what to expect. The only draw back is the driver is hard to understand due to the accent. But i contacted SCD and they called the driver and called me back to explain clearly everything
Also, they have an app on phone where you can take pictures before and after your car got shipped. So if damage happens, you have proof to claim.
