I got my car within two days after the final details were set up. The ship a car direct people are very responsive and explain the process well. They contract out to haulers and I think it would be awesome if the haulers started taking pictures of the pick ups and had gps updates so you knew where your car was. Once a drop off time was set up the hauler made it right on time which I appreciated. My vehicle was not running at the time, (that's why it was being shipped) and the driver help get it in to it's final place very well. The driver was professional.
