Pickup was days later than predicted, but I understand that this can vary. Car was then delivered in good time. Three problems. 1: The car arrived with a dent on the roof, not large but genuine: needs repair, even minor body work is expensive. 2: communication regarding payment was not clear. I was very lucky to have $825 cash on hand (!) when the car was delivered. After all, the company already had my credit card, had charged it. 3: I was quoted $875 but in fact paid initial $150 + $825 = $975.
