I received a quote and a match near my requested pick up date. They even lowered the broker fee (not expected) because they increased the quote a bit to match the carriers bid. I really appreciate the quick responses to all of my questions especially being a first time customer and not used to waiting on a carrier match so close to the pick up date, but they kept me at ease. We received the car in no time.
