I spent a lot of time researching transport companies and ultimately went with shipacar dircet because of their added insurance backing. I had a positive experience. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication on driver whereabouts. I asked for a 2 hour heads up on the car arrival bc we had to drive to the drop off location. I was called 30 min before drop off.
