The process was simple and straightforward and almost all the information I needed about the basics of car shipping was on their website. However, the rep I worked with was not very responsive to calls or emails. I usually had to call and/or email multiple times before I would get a response, and even then he wouldn't fully answer my questions. The final price I paid was $75 higher than what I was quoted.
