So turns out they just hire real auto shipping companies to ship your car. Just screen shipment companies yourself and you're good to go. They didn't really offer anymore help after they scheduled the shipment. They didn't even offer to contact the carrier for me when I needed to leave some information for them. Instead just told me to do it. I would like to think that if I'm paying an extra 250 to ship my car through their service then they should be the ones doing this type of stuff for me. I got my car safely and on time so that's good. I just feel like I could have done that myself. Maybe they just made it look easier than it is, I don't know.
