Vehicle Damaged and Super Dirty

Everything was perfect until the day of delivery! For instance, fair price, quick arrangements, good communication, driver ahead of schedule. In particular, John was fantastic and helpful.

However, the actual driver either hit a tree branch overhanging a street along the way, or he backed my vehicle into a tree or pole. It was obvious, that the driver did not have a good plan and was offloading several vehicles at each stop. For example, he needed to unload three cars prior to mine, and he had just come from another delivery location across town! Driver did not speak English (understood some), denied any damage with a little attitude to boot. Tried to say that because he was driving a rig, that an accident would be pretty obvious. Therefore, he didn't damage my vehicle. In a huge hurry, offered to reduce the final price by $100. I just took it to avoid the hassle. In turn, paid that $100 to fix my busted tail light, but still have other paint/body damage remaining. Make sure you use the damage APP. I did not and regret it, to say the least! Oh yeah... my vehicle is absolutely plastered with bugs. Washed it twice now but still not clean. I guess, I'll need to buy a special bug and tar remover/cleaner, lots of elbow grease and hope for the best.

Ultimately, a bad experience. I can live with poor service of varying kinds, but please deliver my vehicle damage free!!! :(

We are sorry to hear that your car was delivered with damages. We always encourage our customers to used the damage app to document how the car looked before and after delivery so that if there are damages caused during the transport we will be able to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, since you already made an arrangement with the driver to discount the price for the damage and signed a document that you would not pursue a damage claim we can not help push a claim through to the carrier. We understand that you still had to take your car for paint/body repair and we have refunded you the remaining amount of the fee you paid us to help you out. Our sincere apologies for the experience you had.
