Matt was wonderful. I gave him a range of dates and he was able to arrange pickup on the last day of my range was actually the best day for me. He was in touch with me on a regular basis from the time I put in the order until he contacted me with the pickup time for my vehicles.

The driver was very professional. I had a friend meet him to turn over my cars as I was already on a plane to Texas. The driver arrived a day early and was very helpful.

My cars were dirty upon arrival but that is to be expected as they were shipped in an open carrier.

Overall this was a great experience and if I ever have to ship a car again, I would definitively use Ship A Car Direct.
