Ship-a-car direct was prompt in providing an estimate and followed up with useful information. Although I made my decision late, John worked hard to ensure I was connected to a reliable carrier in the promised 5 business days. Despite the carrier demanding a higher rate than the original quote, Ship-a-car was able to split the difference with me and I also ended up getting my car a day earlier than promised. The driver stayed in touch the whole time and provided adequate notice so I could be available to collect. I liked that they accepted cashier's check. I have had to deal with some transporters in the past who insist on cash last minute. I will certainly use Ship-a-car direct again.
