despite an incredibly fast and easy scheduling portal, the service experience fell far short of expectations. the assigned carrier arrived a full day late and did not call to alert us of the delay. we only learned of the delay when we inquired about the driver's ETA the afternoon of the pick-up day, at which point we were told the driver would not arrive until the next morning. on the receiving end, the carrier arrived a full day early which did not prove problematic but could have been since it was a Sunday.
