I agree it was our issue at pick up, however at delivery it was totally the carrier's fault. We were told it would be delivered 24 hrs before it was delivered and had someone sitting and waiting on it for two hours. Of course we were billed for our issue but nobody has ever contacted us concerning their issue. The information from the office and carrier was very vague and not as expected. There were no issues with the car itself just with the experience.
