I had a car shipped from New Jersey to California. They got a dispatch within 2 days. Unfortunately, the driver had an issue, so they had to dispatch again. The second driver picked the car up on time and it was delivered as promised. I've had other cars shipped, and I understand when a driver has issues. I was able to contact folks when needed and always got an update.
