good service, hard ot predict transport

First time transporting a car. I guess the way they arrange this is looking for drivers going in the direction you want who have an extra space. Which means the dates you are looking for might not be the dates you get. Not the company's fault, per se, but made it a little harder to plan/coordinate. But overall, the service was great - lots of communication, driver came on time (when he called and said he would be there - not talking about the 4 days after my preferred pickup date), inspected car thoroughly, got there in 2 days and delivered on time. I'd use the service again, but now a little wiser, I'd know that the dates are more flexible than I previously thought.
