This was my first time experience with this type business, so i naturally had some unsure feelings and lots of questions. I talked to Eve when i first called and she was very nice and informative. After my initial call i had some more questions and the next day i called, Eve was off moving to a new home so i left a message and she got back to me on her day off. She answered my questions and set the"wheels in motion". I had a transporter respond and they was ready to pick the car up the following day. They gave me a expected delivery date and kept the schedule to a tee! The car arrived in great condition and wasn't even dusty. I strongly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone needing a transport service.
