First time shipping a car and was doing it last minute so was nervous about logistics going cross country. Overall, the booking process was easy on the site, and then finalizing a logistics partner took about 1 business day. Important to note that I requested the pickup late on a Friday and had a carrier locked in on Monday to pickup the car on Wednesday. It was easy to communicate with the shipping company on pickup and delivery and the car arrived with no new damage. The app made the damage/claims process feel very secure - taking pictures of all of the different parts of the car at both pickup and delivery. Also much thanks to my primary contact who was texting me over the weekend as they were working securing a delivery company.
