The people at Ship-A-Car Direct, especially Angela, were very helpful. In addition, both the primary transporter, Fortuna Trans and the secondary transporter, Leo Express, were also helpful and courteous. The only glitch occurred when the people at Fortuna Trans tried to process my credit card for their portion of the transport. Their system didn't work right, but the representative I was working with over the phone was able to get another method to process my credit card which was working. Ship-A-Car Direct provided a link to use their photo documentation App of the vehicle's condition prior to shipment and upon delivery, just in case a claim was needed to be made for any damage. The App worked well and my vehicle was delivered without any visible damage. All in all, I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to transport vehicles.
