Had the sense that SACD was not on same page as the transport provider. Provider was a lovely couple, good people, but they did not speak English very well, and it was near impossible to communicate by phone with them, and their texting was near-impossible to decode. Paid for door to door service, but pickup was many hours late, they would not come to pick up car in our town, and then in the midst of getting me to drive to a pickup point, they texted a new, even more distant pickup. I had to drive over 30 miles round trip to a highway on ramp. Car was loaded in complete darkness. Was concerned about delivery, but Stefan did not respond to our email. Customer service by phone was courteous, but also tough to understand on phone. Delivery occurred more or less as promised, although the initial anticipated delivery got pushed a day later. The phone app for taking pictures on delivery did not work. Overall experience was harrowing.
