I had to ship 3 cars to California. 2 cars were picked up in Mass, took 6 days, and arrived for my son to accept delivery. Seamless. The third car was shipped from VA, took 6 days, and arrived for me to accept delivery. With the first 2 cars, everything was smooth without any problems. With the second however, there was a small glitch between myself and the transporter which required the help from Ship-a-Car Direct. A couple of phone calls and emails to Kosta, solved the small problem that had arisen. I can't say enough about the help I received and the professionalism with which it was given. Kosta always returned my calls promptly when I had to leave a message. I had his direct number so there was no middle man to go through to reach him, and no numbered menu to deal with. Just straight to his voicemail, with a prompt return call. If you need to ship a car anywhere, contact SACD, and you won't be unhappy. Even with the best planning, (as I found out), little things can arise shipping a car, and if you are in a move it's so much better to have professional people deal with it for you. Use these folks, they're 1A.
