Dropped the ball

I contracted this company to ship two cars from me they shipped the first car fine but the second car they never scheduled never picked up and just cancelled my order I would never never use this company again they don't reply to customers after they have your money thoroughly disappointed

We are sorry that we were not able to get you a carrier for the date requested and you had to cancel to make your flight the next day. Unfortunately, lead time does not help get a carrier secured sooner and that is why we advise to have a back up plan when scheduling. Thanks for taking the time to share your review!
