Not what we expected

I called months in advance of our move only to be told it was best to wait until a month prior due to gas prices. OK, fine. My husband called back 1 month prior to our move, gave them a 3 day window as asked and they couldn't find a driver to pick up until the day after. We already had plane tickets, so we had to drive our cars to our son's house and rearrange the pick up to occur there. A week ahead of our move, my husband was calling Gaby for updates, but she wasn't always good about returning his calls. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about when or how or IF your cars are going to get there and what you're going to do if this company falls through or takes too long.
