Everything went very smoothly with this company. They picked up my car on time and I received it on time- door to door service. However, the car carrier contacted me days before my arrival in CA stating that the car had arrived and I needed to figure out a way to pick it up without being there. I couldn't, so they ended up taking it somewhere but still don't know exactly. Regardless, I got it the day I specified and nothing was damaged. Overall a good experience.
