Underwhelming

David was my customer service agent, who was helpful. The MGA driver was LESS than desirable. My car was delivered 3 days late after the driver confirmed a specific date and time. I called customer service for Ship a Car, who was not concerned that I was unable to locate my vehicle, nor was I able to contact MGA, who failed to follow up. The driver sent me a text stating that he was late, not because he chose to take the holiday off, but because he was hospitalized from cutting his hand and breaking his ribs. No sign of discomfort or a bandage when he dropped my car off 3 days later.
