I contacted Ship-A-Car Direct on a Friday for a pickup the following Wednesday in Idaho and deliver to Colorado. After receiving a quote that was reasonable (not the highest, not the lowest), I called Stefan, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The following Tuesday, Stefan contacted me and informed me that a shipper was assigned and my car would be picked up the following day (right on time) and delivered on Saturday. The shipper called that afternoon and described the process and informed me that my car would be delivered on Friday (a day early). The delivery was perfect - great communication - car in perfect condition - and all promises kept. What a great experience with an industry that does not have the best reputation for customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Ship-A-Car Direct
