This was the first time I had to ship a car from one state (Texas) to another (California). I was referred to this company by my daughter. I contacted Eric from Ship A Car Direct. He was very helpful and provided materials that help me understand this process. Eric made me fill very comfortable and trustworthy. The carrier came two days early from the quoted pick up date that I originally requested. The service was prompted and everyone provided the best customer service in easing my concerns. I would highly recommend anyone to consider using this company if you have a vehicle to transport. The car arrived dirty but that's expected when travelling across multiple states in an open carrier trailer. I'm very pleased with the service.
