I recently moved from rural NH to AL and knew that finding a carrier to move my car would be difficult. After researching a number of brokers, I spoke with John at ship a car direct. John was knowledgeable about the process and provided needed explanation about the process. He stayed in touch with me as the pick up date approached. I became quite anxious when no carrier had picked up the order 4 days before the pick up date, and John provided necessary guidance on increasing the amount offered. He was honest and told me that we may not get a carrier. I did not want to hear this but very much appreciated his honesty. Luckily a carrier was found. John monitored the transport status and once again provided me with invaluable information. Car arrived on schedule. I highly recommend ship a car direct!
