Overall, my experience was great!!! I would definitely recommend using this company to any friends/family looking to transport their vehicle. They communicated well, which is greatly appreciated. I knew when my car was picked up as well as the estimated arrival date. The carrier arrived later than what was first estimated, however, they updated me and arrived on the day they said they would. The costumer service was excellent. In order to stay true to the original quote I was given, my agent lowered his broker fee when the carrier asked for a little more money. The carrier was flexible. I was running a little late and he waited for me without complaining. The whole process went smoothly and it was very simple. If I could do it all over again, I would still use this company.
